Loot n Booty Gold Star Chicken

This is currently our favorite chicken breast rub.  It's great on whole chickens as well, but it really shines on a plain ol' boneless skinless breast.  The flavor is incredible with some big chunks of garlic and the coating it creates, which is almost like a fried breading.  Great stuff and HIGHLY recommended:

Perfect on Chicken Quarters.  Not a ton of sugar so does not burn easily.  Look at that crust!!
